This Entrepreneur Shows How Many Ways You Can Use a Searchie Hub!
Yolande Dugmore is a South African entrepreneur who helps multi-passionate entrepreneurs get clear on their vision and business plan and coaches them to build a tech-friendly and cohesive website step by step. I recently sat down with Yolande to interview her about her experience using Searchie and to get a tour of her remarkable Hub.
Searchie Reduced Client Support Emails by 70%!
Yolande relies on video as her main instructional tool, whether that be pre recorded lessons or live calls with her clients. So her initial interest in Searchie was for the video hosting benefit. She realized how it might be difficult for her clients to wade through all the video content to find the answers that they sought, and she often fielded emails with client questions—questions that they could have answered themselves if they had only been able to navigate to the right video.
Harnessing the search capability of Searchie caused these client support emails to go down by 70% while maintaining the same client numbers and activity.
Expanding from Hosting to Mega Hub
When Yolande learned about Searchie Hubs and the power of tagging and segmentation, she began an exciting evolution. Yolande feels that a simple downloadable lead magnet is impersonal and lacking in true connection. So she decided to provide free access to valuable content on her Hub as a way to establish warm leads—and to give these leads a taste of her valuable guidance.
There are multiple downloadable checklists, videos, and even community engagement available to these nonpaying visitors. All they have to do is create a free account. Once they’ve received this good value, they may be interested in the paid portions of her Hub.
Her Searchie Hub Hosts a Paid Course
Yolande hosts an in-depth course called Website Launch Accelerator on her Hub that takes the client step by step all the way through the process of conceptualizing and creating a website for their business. In our interview, she showed us a tour of this area of the Hub. What an impressive and extensive course!
Her Hub Also Hosts Her Membership
After taking the course, many clients want continued support as they integrate and connect more platforms into their tech stack and grow their business. Yolande’s membership, Tech Loving Care, provides further support and education as well as the community for these entrepreneurs.

Her Hub Will Host Coaching Resources
As an upsell on her online course and as a standalone offering, Yolande offers one-on-one coaching and support. So it makes logical sense that she will also add these to her Searchie Hub so that these clients can access recordings of their sessions with her for future reference.
Her Hub Will Host a Summit!
Plans are in the works for an online summit to be hosted on this same Hub! The summit will help stay-at-home moms who dream of working from home and earning money by creating and running an online business. The summit will help them explore possibilities, find the business that fits them, and begin this exciting journey!
