Over the past few months, the development team at Searchie have made hundreds of feature updates and fixes and they have some really exciting developments that I want to share with you. Buckle up—Searchie is about to blow your mind!

Searchie Hub Comments will Get Everyone Talking

Engagement and community are critical to your offerings. An exciting beta feature is Searchie Hub Comments, which will allow your clients (and you) to comment upon the content of your Hub. This can take the place of community forums and create a dynamic dialog that will help your clients feel like they’re truly participating in an interactive learning experience.

Searchable Document Uploads

Up to now, Searchie has been focusing on video and audio content. After all, that was how they got their start! But as the platform has matured and evolved to serve course and membership creators, Searchie came to learn that their clients needed written material to be more than a side note.

Searchie’s Document Uploads feature is in beta right now (if you’re a Searchie user, you can simply ask the Searchie team to add you to the beta testing group for this or any other beta feature). If you already have documents such as pdfs in your Searchie Hub, they will then automatically become searchable.

This new feature will deliver more robust search results to your clients and make it easier for you to manage your documents.

Searchie Copilot Takes AI to the Next Level

You may have tried your hand at ChatGPT in recent months (who hasn’t, right?). When you ask ChatGPT a question, it scours the internet for results and then creates an answer for you based on that. Sometimes that answer is just what you’re looking for and sometimes it contains errors.

Searchie Copilot is an AI chat feature that allows you, the content creator, to have a chat interaction with your Searchie content. You can ask Searchie Copilot to write a blog post on a certain topic from your content. It can even come up with a list of blog ideas based on your content!

The same goes for social media posts: Searchie Copilot can suggest (and help write) social media posts based on your content. It can help write newsletters. It’ll be free of any “junk” from the internet and it will be original and plagiarism-free because it’s based solely on YOUR content!

Searchie Wisdom AI Puts Your Clients in the Driver’s Seat

Just as Searchie Copilot allows you to have a chat-like interaction with your content, Searchie’s Wisdom AI facilitates the same type of interaction between your clients and your Searchie library. This can be a more robust way of accessing specific content than the regular Searchie Search Bar.

Wisdom AI is also a great way to take care of common user questions. I’m willing to bet that there are questions that you get again and again from your audience about everything from how to use your Searchie Hub, how your offerings work, and the content of your offerings. Save them time—and yourself time—by showing them how to enter their questions into Searchie Wisdom AI. And be sure that you have videos or other content that answers all of these common questions.

A Wisdom AI interface can be used for lead generation (taking a question from a prospect in exchange for their email address), a low-cost membership that is solely a Searchie Wisdom AI interface (so they can pick your brain remotely based on their current needs), or as an FAQ interface.

ConvertKit is Now a Native Searchie Integration

I’ve written before about how Searchie and ConvertKit work well together. But now that ConvertKit has become a native integration in Searchie, it’s a seamless process. This allows you to funnel in new clients through your ConvertKit outreach and automatically add those new users to your Searchie Hub. And all of the segmenting that is done in ConvertKit will translate to the audience segmentation in your Searchie Hub, too!

A Searchie Mobile App is Coming!

Many Searchie users have been asking for a Searchie mobile app. True, Searchie Hubs can easily be accessed on mobile devices, but an app has advantages, too. For those who feel they need an app, Searchie will be offering as a paid extra the ability to make your own branded app via a third party that’s working with Searchie. This way, your users can access your Hub through “your” IOS and Android app, and you can allow push notifications to let users know of new content, messages, and upcoming events.

Searchie Just Gets Better and Better!
