Searchie, the best platform for hosting and managing video content, is an excellent solution for both solopreneurs and larger enterprises. How do I know? I’m not only a Searchie user (OK, a Searchie fanatic) but I’ve dedicated my career to helping launch successful Searchie Hubs for hundreds of businesses.

You may be intrigued by the many things that Searchie does but unsure of what it costs and how that compares to other platforms. Here’s the lowdown: Searchie has three pricing plans that are based on things like the number of Hubs you can create and how many hours of video uploads you can do in a month. For each of these plans, you can begin with a free 7-day trial. What a great way to try it out and see how you like it!

Here’s a breakdown of the pricing levels and their costs:

The Searchie Basic Plan

For $29 per month, you can be on the Searchie Basic plan. The Basic plan allows you to have one Hub (keep in mind that you can make that Hub extremely rich and packed with multiple offerings). You may upload up to 25 hours of video to your Searchie Library.

You’ll have access to your own Searchie Content Library, where you’ll house all of your uploads and create playlists of content. The videos will be automatically transcribed and captioned (you can add custom vocabulary to enhance the transcription accuracy, such as for unusual terms of art or names).

You’ll have access to Searchie’s terrific analytics, showing you content statistics and client activity. This is a great way to see what content is most in demand and what content is of less interest to your audience.

You’ll be able to utilize the basic integrations that come with Searchie, such as the integrations with Stripe, Canva, and Zoom. You’ll be able to import and export your audience between any relevant platforms.

You’ll get an embeddable media player so you can share your Searchie videos across the web using copy and paste embed codes. You also get the ability to use Searchie’s Chrome extension, which makes creating videos a snap, and it does not count towards your 25 hours of uploads—in fact, uploads from Searchie Chrome extension are unlimited!

Two exciting new features that you’ll be able to preview are Searchie AI and Searchie Wisdom (conversational AI chat).

The Searchie Basic Plan is perfect for those who are just dipping their toes into Searchie (and you can always upgrade to the higher plans if you outgrow the Basic Plan). It’s all that’s needed to host an online course. For things like memberships (where the content is continually growing), the 25 hours of uploads will eventually not be enough.

The Searchie Pro Plan

When you select the Searchie Pro Plan, you get all of the features of the Basic Plan and more. You can have up to three Hubs and 250 hours of uploads. For $83 per month (if paid annually upfront; if you pay monthly the charge is $99 per month), you get 10X the amount of uploads and triple the Hubs!

Choosing the Pro Plan also gives you access to Searchie’s community features such as the Audience Directory and Audience Attributes (as well as audience segmenting). You also gain the ability to remove the Searchie branding from your videos. Searchie’s Media File Replace allows you to easily swap out outdated content with freshly updated content.

The Pro Plan helps you get fancier with your Hubs, too. You can use Searchie’s exciting Achievements feature. You can use Searchie’s premium integrations and offer your clients downloadable transcripts. You can create custom onboarding that gets your clients to engage and you can enable clients to easily switch between all Hubs that they have access to.

Other Pro Plan bells and whistles are Hub templates for you to choose from (and even if you’re not on the Pro Plan, I sell some guided Searchie Hub templates that you may want to consider), the ability to use a custom email host, and the ability to add third-party content with iframe code into your Hub.

As you can see, you get a TON of added value for the extra expense. For many businesses, the Pro Plan offers everything they need. For those who outgrow the Pro Plan (like I did), Searchie Business Plan has got you covered.

Searchie Business Plan

The Searchie Business Plan costs $166 per month if you pay yearly (the fee if paying monthly is $199/month—I’ll take the $396 savings, thanks). What do you get for that fee?

You get all of the perks of the Pro Plan plus more. More Hubs: up to ten. More upload hours: 500 hours! More Hub templates to choose from. And you can use webhooks, which are automations that can trigger actions in third-party apps based on activity in your Hub. For example, you can send a congratulatory email or certificate by email automatically when a member reaches an achievement in your Hub.

For me, I love having the flexibility to make a lot of Hubs. I have multiple business Hubs as well as personal Hubs. I never want to sweat my upload meter. I’m up to my knees in Searchie all day, every day, and I need the expansive feeling of abundance and spaciousness that Searchie Business Plan offers me.

There’s a Searchie Plan That’s Perfect for You

It may take some trial and error, but within the first year or two of using Searchie, you’ll know what the perfect Searchie Payment Plan is for your business. There’s no harm in starting conservatively with the Basic Plan unless there are features that you definitely want from the Pro or Business Plan. It’s easy to switch between plans!
