Your Clients’ Searchie User Experience

As you may be aware, Searchie is the best platform for organizing and sharing large quantities of content. If you’re in the business of selling your knowledge in the form of online courses, memberships, or coaching, then you owe it to yourself to take a close look at Searchie.

Maybe you’ve looked into Searchie and you’re interested in all of the ways it will save you time as a content creator, such as automatic uploads, playlists, audience segmenting, tagging, Searchie AI, search capabilities, and so much more. But you wonder whether your clients will feel the same warm fuzzies as you when they’re deep into your Searchie offerings.

Searchie From a Client Perspective

Your clients are likely reading your sales page before they purchase your offering, right? After all, a sales page that leads to conversions is key to getting your clients in the door. Your sales page can be easily created in Searchie, or it can be on Squarespace or whatever website platform you’re using.

As they purchase your offer (via the Stripe integration with Searchie), they will be prompted to set up their username and password. After they’ve signed up, they’ll receive an automatically-generated email from you that will provide a magic link to log them into the Hub.

This email can (and should) be the first in a string of welcome emails that get the new client informed and excited to begin your program.

The client will then use these credentials to log into your Searchie Hub, on a screen you’ve designed.

Welcoming Clients to Your Searchie Offering

Once the client logs in, they’ll be presented with the landing page of your Searchie Hub. This can be easily designed to be a branded, easy to follow page.

The first things that your clients should encounter in your Hub are things like a welcome video from you, any onboarding tasks that you want them to complete, a video Hub tour from you that clearly shows them how to navigate the Hub and how to get help when they need it, and the Searchie Search Bar (which will allow them to search all of the content in your Hub for keywords).

They will also see the basic structure of your Hub and program, whether that is modules of a course, monthly or topical content in a membership, a program calendar, Zoom call replays, a link to the community forum, bonus classes and other resources, and more. With a good Hub plan, it should be very easy for your clients to navigate your Searchie Hub like a pro! If the thought of creating a sales page or a Searchie Hub is daunting for you, I can help. My guided Searchie Templates give you prompts and a framework to easily create an effective Searchie Hub—and it’s easy to customize with your branding!
