Inspiring Girls to Become Women in STEM—Using Searchie!
As a Black woman in the STEM field, Tiffani Teachey knows firsthand how important representation is. Her childhood dreams of a career in STEM seemed out of reach, but she made it a reality thanks to the inspiration of people who showed her that she belonged. She became a mechanical engineer!
Now Tiffani’s paying that forward with her STEM ChangeHer Club. This club is a Searchie membership and subscription box, but so much more. Tiffani inspires girls through videos, resources, and guides on everything STEM. The STEM ChangeHer Club offers 8- to 12-year old girls themed project activities, books written by or about women in STEM, and confidence-building affirmation cards.
You can tell that Tiffani is smart because she chose a really cost-effective and efficient way to build her Searchie Hub for this membership: she bought my template! With my guided template in hand, it was simply a matter of plugging in her content and tweaking the look to fit her branding.
The STEM ChangeHer Club membership portal features plenty of photos of girls engaged in STEM activities, further showing the young members that they’re in the right place and they too can make their dreams come true. Where was this when I was a child!
If you’re a smart cookie like Tiffani, use my guided templates to make Searchie Hub building a snap. If you just don’t have the bandwidth to DIY, you can register for my Build My Searchie Hub VIP Experience and delegate the Hub building to me. Both are smart moves!
